Hirevire Affiliate Program Terms

Joining and acceptance

  • By applying to the Hirevire Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to these terms.

  • We may approve or decline any application and may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

  1. Commission and attribution

  • Default payout: [40 % for the first year] shown in your partner dashboard or agreement.

  • Attribution: last‑click within a 60‑day cookie window.

  • Qualified sale: a new paying customer who completes a valid purchase not refunded within 60 days. Free trials count only when they convert to paid.

  • Not eligible: self‑referrals, internal purchases for your company, duplicate accounts, upgrades of existing customers (unless explicitly stated), refunded/charged‑back transactions, fraudulent or non‑compliant traffic.

  1. Payouts

  • Payout schedule: monthly

  • You are responsible for providing accurate tax and payment information. Unclaimed or unpaid commissions due to missing info after 180 days may be forfeited.

  1. Brand and advertising rules (read carefully)

  • No bidding on Hirevire brand terms (or misspellings) in any search engine or shopping ads. This includes but isn’t limited to: “hirevire”, “hire vire”, “hirevire.com”, “hirevire pricing”, “hirevire review”, “hirevire login”, and variations/misspellings.

  • Add brand terms as exact‑match negatives at the account level in PPC platforms.

  • No dynamic keyword insertion that could match our brand.

  • No impersonation: do not present yourself as “official,” “the official site,” or act on behalf of Hirevire in ads, pages, emails, chats, or social profiles.

  • No use of our trademarks, logo, or brand name in domains, subdomains, social handles, app names, extensions, or toolbars (e.g., hirevire‑deals.com, @hirevireofficial).

  • No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop‑unders, adware, browser extensions/toolbars, or any method that sets cookies without a genuine user click.

  • No incentivized traffic (cashback, paid‑to‑read, coupon injection) unless we approve in writing.

  • No listing on coupon/discount/deal sites using your affiliate link or code unless we approve in writing. Posting “exclusive” or unapproved discounts is prohibited.

  • No spam: unsolicited emails, messages, or outreach to scraped lists.

  • All advertising must comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

  1. Content and disclosures

  • Be honest and accurate. Do not make unsupported claims about features, pricing, results, or affiliations.

  • You must disclose the affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously wherever you promote Hirevire (FTC/ASA/CMA compliant). Example: “If you buy through our link, we may earn a commission.”

  • Do not frame, copy, or misrepresent Hirevire’s website or UI. Use our official assets or your own original materials.

  1. Email, SMS, and messaging

  • Only email/SMS users who have provided valid consent. Comply with CAN‑SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and local regulations.

  • From/sender must be you (not “Hirevire”). No misleading subject lines. Include unsubscribe.

  • If you plan to run email/SMS campaigns at scale, contact us for pre‑approval.

  1. Social and video

  • Do not create social pages, ads, or channels that appear to be official Hirevire properties.

  • Disclose the affiliate relationship in posts and videos. Paid partnerships should be tagged where platforms support this.

  1. Creative and trademarks

  • You may use our provided logos and assets as‑is. Do not modify our logo or brand colors without permission.

  • You may not register or use domains, subdomains, or apps that include our trademarks or confusingly similar names.

  • If you are unsure whether your creative or placement is allowed, ask us first at [email protected].

  1. Compliance, audit, and termination

  • We may review your traffic, creatives, and placements at any time. You must promptly provide screenshots, ad IDs, or traffic sources on request.

  • Violations may result in suspension, commission reversals, and termination. Serious violations (brand bidding, impersonation, coupon abuse, fraud) can lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

  • We may change or end the Program at any time. We’ll notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard.

  1. Privacy and data

  • You must comply with privacy laws when collecting user data. Do not share personal data with us unless necessary and lawful.

  • You may not represent yourself as a data processor for Hirevire or collect credentials or sensitive information on our behalf.

  1. Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability under these terms will not exceed commissions paid to you in the prior 3 months.

  1. Governing terms

  • These terms supplement any partner agreement or dashboard terms. If there is a conflict, the stricter rule for brand protection applies.
