How does Hirevire help you achieve your objective?

Hirevire helps us in the teacher onboarding process at Matchspace Music. We have to verify and vet our music teachers to identify if they have the necessary qualifications to teach on our platform. Hirevire helps us with different automation processes to streamline the qualification and general onboarding process — getting teachers the necessary information to start their journey with us.

What was your team's process prior to using Hirevire?

Our customer success team organized different events where music teachers had to participate, and did one-on-one calls to identify qualifications. In some cases, teachers uploaded videos on different streaming platforms. It was quite a frictionful process — often we couldn't find a schedule that suited a specific teacher because they spend a lot of time teaching and couldn't necessarily participate in meetings when we were available.

Were there any high-level initiatives that prompted the decision to buy?

Being an early stage startup, we need to make sure we fully utilize our resources and invest in tools and automations that help us allocate resources most effectively. We identified that our customer success team was spending a lot of time in inefficient work, and Hirevire gave us the possibility of freeing up their time to focus on what really matters — supporting individuals on their specific needs.

What do you like best about Hirevire?

What we appreciate most is the multi-language support. Being a Swiss company, we require multiple languages. In addition, the automation features — webhooks, the ability to pre-fill data when sending teachers to the form — make it as easy and efficient as possible for teachers to complete the process. And receiving information directly in our system via webhooks lets us further automate the process.
