How Matchspace Music vets music teachers without booking a single call

Hirevire helps us in the teacher onboarding process at Matchspace Music. We have to verify and vet our music teachers to identify if they have the necessary qualifications to teach on our platform. Our customer success team organized different events where music teachers had to participate, and did one-on-one calls to identify qualifications. In some cases, teachers uploaded videos on different streaming platforms. It was quite a frictionful process. Often we couldn't find a schedule that suited a specific teacher because they spend a lot of time teaching and couldn't necessarily participate in meetings when we were available.

What we appreciate most is the multi-language support. Being a Swiss company, we require multiple languages. In addition, the automation features, webhooks, and the ability to pre-fill data when sending teachers to the form make it as easy and efficient as possible for teachers to complete the process. And receiving information directly in our system via webhooks lets us further automate the process.
