This is difficult work because needs conflict. Animation that helps one person orient overwhelms another; dense information suits somebody who reads everything and defeats somebody who cannot filter. There is no design that satisfies everyone, so the skill is control and defaults rather than a single answer. A short screen asks what a neurodivergent user told them that changed a design.

Process basics
How long should a pre-screening round for this role take?
