Build a pool of questions and randomize them per candidate

You can now make a pool of questions so applicants don't all get the same ones. Write nine, give each candidate three, and answers stop circulating between people who applied to the same role.

Turn on randomizing

Switch on Randomize questions for each candidate, then set how many of the pool each candidate gets. The line above your questions tells you exactly what will happen: "Each candidate gets 3 of the 9 questions below, picked at random."

Pin the ones everyone must answer

Some questions you want from every applicant. Click the pin icon on those and they go to everyone, with the random picks drawn from what's left.

• Standard Responses and Media Responses randomize separately, so you can shuffle the video questions and keep the text ones fixed
