When a candidate applies, we now capture their IP address and display the inferred location (city/country) on the application card.
Where: Application detail page (hover to see IP). Toggle location visibility in Job Settings → Application columns.
Use cases: Spot geographic patterns, verify jurisdiction compliance, detect potential fraud (multiple applications from same IP).
Note: Only new applications will have location data shown.
