Email templates now available for custom stages

Email templates for custom stages are not available to be activated and used from inside job settings.

The automated emails behave similar to the existing shortlist and reject stage emails. As a user you can setup magic variables in these templates as well as confirm sending the email when you move a candidate to a different stage.
