Scoring Criteria - v0.8 - Good to Have Criteria

You can now add new scoring criteria as "Good to Have Criteria"

These are available in all standard responses. With upto 4 options available for scoring.

Applications can then be sorted based on these scores - so that the best fit candidates can show up on top.

You can use these along with Must Have scores as well.
