Traditional Chinese and Italian translations now available for the application and career pages

The application and career pages change to the default language the user has selected in the browser. The translations supported now include Italian and Traditional Chinese as well.

Additionally adding ?lang=<language code> at the end of the application page link will show the page in that language

eg. ?lang=IT will set the language for the application to Italian
