Ability for candidates to blur their video
In case candidates are nervous, they could blur their video.

This defeats the purpose of the video interview. If the candidate is nervous, then he/she has a problem and needs to fix that before applying for a job.

No Sanat thats not what I explained to you. I said that the blur feature only blurs out the candidates face for them not to look at themselves while taking the interview as it may seem weird/distracting to some people as most are only exposed to 2 way interviews. The video is recorded as normal in the backend and is 100% visible to the recruiter once submitted. Makes sense?

Wouldn't it just be easier for the candidates to just open a new tab or something.
