When inviting candidates to a position, there's the option of uploading via CSV.
For candidates that have applied in the past and have consented (not hard to track consent that orgs can activate with a setting), it would make sense to have those readily available.
(This connects with the other Feature request of candidates having their own "Profile page".)

Big thumbs up to this. I finally jumped ship from separate ATS on this last job listing and while I’m storing files in Google Drive, my plan is to build searchable profiles in Hirevire (if that’s feasible) or even maybe mini profiles with basic contact info and searchable tags for specific skills, experience or custom that can be filtered into a basic report
