Default Global fields

Some information is globally applicable for everyone. For instance, Countries.

It would make a lot of sense to use ISO to gather a list of countries and generate a Question Type as Geography/Country with all officially recognized countries in them (and then maybe allow to add custom because who knows).

As it stands, entering 180+ countries manually is seriously not conducive.
