Feature: Default URL for deadlinks

Problem:

I can't remember now how I got into there though I recently landed in a "dead link". There was no Job associated with that URL (I guess?). I do not recall that it was a 404.

In any case, the page was not the experience one would want for its candidates.

Request:

Add a Dead link / 404 custom URL so that those situations can be handled gratiously.
