Provide a navigation in job page.
When accessing a job page, at least in desktop browser (Brave) there are no navigation options to return to the main list, which is a user journey issue.

That works to a certain extend.
It may not be obvious for everyone.
It's better than nothing, that's for sure.
Let me see if I can think of something else. For the time being it would address the issue.
