What changes when interviews save to your Drive

A Folder Per Candidate

Files land in a Hirevire folder, then one for the job, then one for the candidate, with an ID in each folder name. Two applicants called Priya Shah for the same role never overwrite each other.

Only The Candidates Worth Keeping

Set Autosave when moved to Shortlisted and rejected applicants stay out of your Drive. Each job can use its own stage, including one of your custom stages.

Open Job Settings, Integrations on any job and choose a stage under Autosave when moved to, or leave it on the account default

Click Save on an application page to send one candidate's files straight away, and use the refresh icon to re-sync after an update

What Hirevire saves, where it lands in your Drive, and when it happens.

What gets saved to Google Drive?
Video, audio, and screen recording answers, files the candidate uploaded, a transcript for each recorded answer, and a PDF report of the full application.
Where do the files go in my Drive?
Into My Drive, Hirevire, then a folder named after the job title with its ID, then a folder named after the candidate with their application ID.
When are files saved?
With Save every new application switched on, files save as soon as a candidate finishes their interview. On any job you can pick Submitted, Shortlisted, Rejected, one of your custom stages, or Don't autosave instead. The job setting overrides the account default.
Can I save a single candidate manually?
Yes. Click Save on the application page. Once the upload finishes, the menu shows a Show in Google Drive link and the number of files in that candidate's folder.
What happens if a candidate's files change after saving?
Click the refresh icon next to Show in Google Drive to re-sync that candidate. Failed uploads can be retried from the same menu.
How long do the Drive copies last?
As long as you keep them. Hirevire keeps videos for 90 days on every plan, and the copy in your Drive is not affected when that period ends.
Do the files count against my Google storage?
Yes. Files are saved to the connected Google account, so they use that account's Drive storage.
