What changes when the AI keeps your corrections

Your Reason On The Card

Type something like "Q2 was answered fully, missing keywords should not lower the score" and rerun. The note stays under the new score, so a teammate can see why it changed.

One Correction, Every Candidate

If the note describes a rule, such as treating a working demo link as strong evidence of technical skill, it is saved to the job's scoring memory and applied to every later run, single or bulk.

Rescore The Backlog In One Go

After a new rule is saved, select the applications already scored and choose Score using AI from Bulk actions. The earlier candidates get scored by the same standard as the next ones.

How it works

Open an application that has an AI Score and click the refresh icon next to the score

Write why you disagree in the note field, then click Rerun scoring. The new score replaces the old one

Check the Saved to scoring memory banner, then open Job Settings, AI Scorecard, Scoring memory to edit the rule or tag it to one factor

How reruns, notes, and scoring memory work on a Hirevire AI scorecard.

Which notes become scoring memory rules?
Notes that state something true for every candidate on the job, such as "treat a working demo link as strong evidence of technical proficiency". Notes about one person, like "their portfolio link was broken", stay on that application and never become rules.
Do I have to write a note to rerun a score?
No. The note is optional. Without one, the AI scores the application again against the same scorecard and saved rules.
Do saved rules change scores already given?
No. Rules apply to scoring runs from the moment they are saved. To apply a new rule to earlier candidates, rerun them one at a time or select them and choose Score using AI from Bulk actions.
How many rules can a scorecard hold?
Up to 10. You can add your own rules in Scoring memory, edit or remove any rule, and tag a rule to one factor or leave it on all factors.
Does Hirevire train its AI on my feedback?
No. Your notes only affect scoring through the rules saved to that job's scoring memory, which you can read and edit.
Do reruns cost AI credits?
Not on the Essentials, Professional, or Agency plans, where AI scoring is part of the plan. On legacy plans, each rerun uses 1 AI credit, and turning a note into a rule costs nothing extra.
Do rules carry over to other jobs?
Duplicating a job copies its rules. Picking a scorecard from another job does not bring that job's rules along.
