What's new Pause instead of cancel: Instead of cancelling, your subscription can now enter a 1 month, 2 month or 3 month pause state. Keep your data: All jobs, candidates, responses, templates, and settings stay intact during the pause. One-click reactivation: Unpause anytime before automatic renewal and resume right where you left off—no setup required.

My Account → Manage Subscription → Cancel subscription (new pause options shown). Reactivate via the link in reminder emails or by logging back in.
How it works
- Cancel your subscription.
- Choose your pause duration: 1 month, 2 months or 3 months.
- Billing stops immediately; data stays safe for the duration you selected.
- Reactivate anytime before the deadline to restore full access.
- After the pause window expires, all data is permanently deleted.
