Email service improvements

• Allow for different FROM in the Custom Emails

Can be done directly from the Custom Email interface OR have "profiles" that can be defined through the SMTP settings.

Rationale: Some stages (and even some submissions) involve different people/departments and you may need to set things up accordingly.

• Allow for CC

For the same reasons, at times some notifications need to be submitted to several people/departments.
