Forward any foundit response email that reaches your inbox. For CVs you downloaded from the foundit recruiter portal, attach each one to a new email and send it to the job's address, one candidate per email. If your foundit posting offers an external apply link, you can also paste your Hirevire application link there.
Set up the job's forwarding address
- 1In Hirevire, open the job's Settings, go to the Forwarding Address tab, switch on Accept forwarded emails and click Save changes.
- 2Click Copy the email address.
- 3Forward each application email from your own inbox to that address, one candidate per email.
- 4Hirevire reads the candidate's name, email and phone from the email and CV, sends them the interview invite, and replies in your thread with a link to the application.
Don't point foundit's automated notification emails at the forwarding address. Hirevire skips messages from noreply and other automated job board senders, so forward from your own inbox.

Does Hirevire have a native foundit integration?
No. You connect the two by using your Hirevire application link as the job's apply link where foundit allows it, or by forwarding application emails to the job's forwarding address.
Do candidates need a Hirevire account to record their answers?
No. Candidates open the link from their invite and record video, audio or text answers on their phone or laptop without creating an account.
Will a candidate who applies twice on foundit get two invites?
No. If the candidate already exists on the job, Hirevire skips the forwarded email and tells you so in the reply.
