Anyone on your team with access to the job can forward straight away. Add a hiring manager's address or an agency domain like *@partner.com, and Hirevire checks each sender is who they claim to be.
A Reply In Your Thread
Every forward gets a confirmation in the same email thread with a link to the new application. If the candidate was already invited, the reply says so and no second invite goes out.
How it works
Open the job's Settings, go to the Forwarding Address tab, switch on Accept forwarded emails and click Save changes
Click Copy the email address. The address is named after the job title, so you can find it later by searching your inbox

Where do I find a job's forwarding address?
Open the job, select the Settings tab, then Forwarding Address. From there a job owner can copy the address, rotate it, and choose who is allowed to forward.
What does Hirevire read from the forwarded email?
The candidate's name, email and phone number, taken from the message and any attached CV. Hirevire then creates an invited application and sends the candidate the invite email for that job.
Can I point a job board's notification emails straight at the address?
No. Hirevire skips messages from automated job board senders such as noreply addresses. Forward each application email from your own inbox instead.
Can people outside my team forward candidates?
Yes. Switch on Allow senders outside your team and add their exact email address or a whole domain such as *@partner.com. Hirevire verifies the sender, so a listed domain cannot be spoofed.
What if the email has no candidate address in it?
Hirevire replies in the thread and asks for it. Reply with the candidate's email address and the invite goes out.
When does Hirevire skip a forwarded email?
When the candidate already exists on the job, when the sender is not authorised, or when the job is closed, archived or paused. The reply in your thread explains which one applied.
Can I change the invite email candidates receive?
Yes. The confirmation reply includes an Edit the invite email link that opens the job's Emails settings, where you can edit the invite template.
What if the address ends up somewhere it shouldn't?
Click Rotate address. Hirevire generates a new address and the old one stops working immediately.
