Integrate Hirevire into Tellent Recruitee

Invite candidates from Tellent Recruitee to screening questions on Hirevire with our native integration.

What does the integration do?

Hirevire helps you screen candidates more efficiently and at scale.

You can create the questions needed once and collect video, audio and text responses from candidates. Review these async, at a time suitable to you - so you don't have to set aside time for phone screens.

Setting up the integration

To set up this integration with Recruitee, log in to Hirevire > My Account > Integrations and create an API token.

Now, go to Recruitee to enable this integration by following the steps below:

1Go to Settings > Apps and plugins > Integrations and click Integrate now next to Hirevire.
2Read the information and confirm by clicking Accept and integrate.
3Fill in your Token that was copied from Hirevire and click Integrate.
4Click the Save button, your integration is now active!

How will the screening interview invite be sent to the candidates?

1From the Tellent Recruitee dashboard, go to Candidates.
2Choose a candidate and select More > Send Hirevire test.
3Select the relevant assessment from the list and press the Send button. The candidate will receive an email inviting them to take the interview.

The test result will appear in the candidate profile. You can send multiple tests to the same candidate - the responses can be opened from Recruitee directly.

Remember - users don't need to be logged in to Hirevire to view the responses from the link that is shared there.
