Yes, you can cancel anytime within 60 days with no penalties or minimum commitment. You can choose to cancel immediately or at the end of your current billing period. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

Absolutely. Pause for 1, 2, or 3 months on any paid plan:

• Billing stops immediately

• Your subscription restarts on the date you select

• Job templates, career pages, and application data are all preserved

• Video responses are retained for 90 days across all plans

Active job applications continue collecting until your cancellation takes effect. Your jobs and associated applications are deleted 30 days after cancellation. If you resubscribe within that window, you'll regain full access to your candidate data.

We continue collecting applications up to an additional 10% as a grace buffer. Beyond that, the job pauses until your next billing cycle resets, or until you upgrade.

Tip: Enable Auto-Disqualification on a job to filter applicants who don't meet your must-have criteria. Disqualified responses don't count against your limit, so your quota stretches further.

No limits. All plans include unlimited questions per interview, so you can build whatever screening flow you need. You can also set an overall time limit or per-question time limit to keep candidate experience tight.

The job becomes inactive but all candidate responses and videos are preserved. You can access responses anytime and unarchive the job whenever you need to reactivate it.
