Radancy Review 2026: Pricing, Features & Best Alternatives for Video Screening

Radancy is an enterprise talent acquisition platform: career sites, job advertising, a candidate CRM, employee referrals, hiring events, employer branding, analytics and, since it bought myInterview in 2025, AI screening with one-way video and interview scheduling. More than 675 employers use it, and it is sold by quote. Reviewers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on G2, praise its support team most, and report about 2 months to go live. It is worth a demo for a large employer replacing several recruiting tools at once. A team that only needs to screen candidates by video can do that in Hirevire from $468 a year, with a 7-day free trial.
Research: Radancy is rated 4.7 out of 5 from 204 reviews on G2 and 4.6 from 159 reviews on Capterra.

What is Radancy?

Radancy sells one platform that covers a large employer's hiring from the first job ad to the interview. G2 files it under recruitment marketing platforms, and that is where it started: getting the right people to apply. Over time it has added the steps after the application.
| Part of the platform | What it does for a recruiter |
|---|---|
| Career sites | Job search with AI job summaries and skills-based job suggestions for candidates |
| Job advertising | AI-driven job advertising across search, media and email |
| Candidate CRM | Outreach and nurture campaigns to people who have not applied yet |
| Employee referrals and hiring events | Referral programmes and hiring events in the same system. SAP says its hiring rate from referrals rose to 22% |
| Employer brand | Research and creative work on the employer value proposition |
| Analytics | Reports and benchmarks across the hiring funnel |
| Screening & Scheduling | A conversational AI that screens and scores candidates, one-way video answers from myInterview, and an AI agent that books interviews |
So Radancy is built for a talent acquisition team with a big hiring plan and a budget to match. The question for most buyers is how much of that platform they need.
Does Radancy do video screening now?
Yes. Radancy announced in September 2025 that it had bought myInterview, and the myinterview.com address now opens Radancy's Screening & Scheduling page. Older reviews of Radancy, including an earlier version of this one, said it had little native video screening. That is no longer true.
The screening step works like this. Recruiters build a screening template for each role, and AI suggests the qualifications to screen for from the job description. A conversational AI asks the questions, answers candidates' questions about the role and scores each candidate. Candidates can record one-way video answers, or answer by voice or text, and review and retake a recording before they submit. AI transcribes the video and adds it to the score. Qualified candidates then get an invitation to book an interview, synced with Outlook, Google Calendar and Microsoft Teams, including panel and multi-stage interviews.

How much does Radancy cost?
Radancy publishes no price. Its website offers a demo booking and a cost savings calculator, and Capterra lists the starting price as "not provided by vendor". What a quote buys depends on which parts of the platform you take and how much you spend on job advertising.
G2 reviewers give three figures that help with planning.
| What G2 reviewers report | Average |
|---|---|
| Time to go live | 2 months |
| Time until it pays back | 12 months |
| Discount on the list price | 8% |
If you only need the screening step, compare a Radancy quote for it with a published price. Against a sample quote of $5,000 a year, Hirevire Essentials at $468 saves $4,532 (91%), Professional at $1,188 saves $3,812 (76%) and Agency at $2,388 saves $2,612 (52%).
What do Radancy users like and dislike?
Radancy's reviewers like the people behind it more than anything else. G2's summary of its reviews lists these as the top themes.
| What users like | Mentions on G2 |
|---|---|
| Customer support and a partnership approach | 19 |
| Ease of use, including for high-volume hiring | 15 |
| A helpful, collaborative team | 14 |
| Flexible candidate management | 11 |
An enterprise reviewer said Radancy works to understand their company and acts as a partner. Another reviewer, who has worked with Radancy for five years, said every support interaction was fast and friendly.
The dislikes are fewer.
| What users dislike | Mentions on G2 |
|---|---|
| Expensive, though most say it is worth it | 4 |
| Gaps in technical support, documentation and joining up its tools | 3 |
| Teammates cannot sort candidates from their own page | 2 |
An enterprise reviewer who gave it 3 out of 5 said Radancy offers many products but is weak at technical implementation, with no clear documentation, method or timeline. One small-business reviewer of the myInterview product wanted each teammate to sort candidates separately, and another wanted to read notes without opening each video.
What do Radancy users complain about, and how does Hirevire handle it?
The complaints that touch screening each have an answer in Hirevire.
| What reviewers said | How Hirevire handles it |
|---|---|
| It is expensive | Published prices: $468, $1,188 or $2,388 a year, with monthly plans from $49 |
| Implementation lacks clear documentation and timelines | A question set takes minutes to build, and a 7-day free trial with no card |
| Teammates cannot sort candidates from their own page | Custom stages on every plan, shared notes on Professional and Agency, and review requests to a teammate on Agency |
| Notes are hard to read without opening each video | AI scorecards show a score and the reasoning for each answer next to the recording |
Why do companies look for Radancy alternatives?
Companies look for alternatives for one of three reasons.
- They need one step of the platform, usually screening, and already have a career site and ATS they like.
- They want a price before a sales call, or a contract smaller than an enterprise platform.
- They are comparing enterprise platforms and want to see Radancy next to its peers.
The sections below cover the first two groups, then the platforms G2 compares Radancy with.
Hirevire: the screening alternative to Radancy

Hirevire is async screening software. You write the questions once, and candidates record video, audio, screen recording, file or text answers in the browser, with no account and no password. A question set takes minutes to build, and AI can write the questions for you. Every plan includes AI transcripts in 90+ languages, AI scorecards that show the reasoning behind each score, follow-up questions, and filters that stop applicants who miss a must-have from recording at all.
It does the Screening & Scheduling job for a team that wants it on its own. Zapier, Make, Pabbly Connect, Ashby, Tellent Recruitee and Manatal work on every plan, so a candidate who passes can be booked in your calendar tool and updated in your ATS, and webhooks on the Agency plan send each response to any system. Applicants from Indeed, Naukri, Monster, Shine.com, foundit and ZipRecruiter get your invite when you add your Hirevire link to the posting or forward their application email.
| Plan | Open jobs | Interviews | Users | Who it fits |
