8 myInterview Alternatives, Ranked by Published Price

myInterview is now part of Radancy, and it is sold only by quote as one piece of the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud. The lowest-priced myInterview alternative with a published price is Hirevire at $468 a year, with a 7-day free trial and no credit card. That pays for one open job and 300 recorded interviews a year, about 25 candidates a month. Against a sample quote of $5,000 a year, it saves $4,532 (91%). Two tools are cheaper than Hirevire in some cases: VideoAsk has a free plan and a $288 yearly plan for light use, and Hireflix gives a company under 50 employees unlimited interviews for $900 a year. Six of the eight tools below publish a price, and those six are ranked by price, lowest first.
How this list was built: these are eight interview tools a myInterview customer could move to, or a team could pick in place of a Radancy quote. Prices come from each vendor's pricing page and ratings from G2, both checked in October 2026.
Research: myInterview's reviews now sit on Radancy's G2 page, rated 4.7 out of 5 from 204 reviews, and myInterview keeps its own listing on Capterra, rated 4.7 from 41 reviews.

What happened to myInterview, and what does it cost today?
myInterview was a one-way video interview tool founded in Israel. Employers wrote questions, candidates recorded answers on their phone or laptop, and the team watched, rated and shortlisted them later. Its Capterra listing still describes it as a hiring platform for small businesses through to enterprises, with custom branding, ATS connections and a free plan.
Radancy announced in September 2025 that it had bought myInterview. Today the myinterview.com address opens Radancy's Screening & Scheduling page, and the old pricing page returns a "page not found". The product now works as one step inside a larger platform:
| What you want to know | Answer |
|---|---|
| Who sells it | Radancy, a talent acquisition software company used by more than 675 employers |
| What the screening step does | A conversational AI screens candidates and scores them, candidates can add one-way video answers or answer by voice or text, and AI transcribes the video and factors it into the score |
| What sits around it | AI interview scheduling through Outlook, Google Calendar and Microsoft Teams, career sites, a candidate CRM, hiring events, employee referrals and job advertising |
| Price | Quote only. The website offers a demo booking, and Capterra lists no starting price |
| Free plan or self sign-up | No longer offered on the website |
| Time to go live | 2 months on average, from G2 reviewers |
| Return on investment | 12 months on average, from G2 reviewers |
So a myInterview quote today buys a place in an enterprise hiring platform, with a sales process and a two-month rollout. That suits a large employer replacing several recruiting tools at once. A team that only wants candidates to record answers before a call now pays for much more than it uses.
Why do teams look for a myInterview alternative?
Most people searching for a myInterview alternative fall into one of four groups.
- Former customers on the free or monthly plan. The plans they signed up for are no longer on the website, and the route back in is a demo with Radancy's sales team.
- Small teams with a light hiring load. A 2022 Capterra reviewer running a small business said a monthly subscription was hard to justify when they did not interview every month, and asked for a pay-when-you-need-it option.
- Teams that want a price before a sales call. Radancy publishes no price, and "Expensive" is one of the five drawbacks G2 summarises from its reviews.
- Teams that want the screening step only. Radancy is built to run career sites, advertising, referrals and scheduling as well, so a team with an ATS it likes may only want the recorded-answer part.
What do myInterview users complain about?
myInterview is rated 4.7 out of 5 from 41 reviews on Capterra, where 95% of review sentiment is positive and none is negative. Its reviews on G2 now sit under Radancy, rated 4.7 from 204 reviews. Most written "cons" praise the support team. The complaints that do appear fall into eight groups.
- Videos that do not arrive. A 2022 reviewer said some candidate videos came through broken or not at all and support had to fix them. Reviewers in 2018 and 2019 had a video that was not released for viewing and an interview that never came through, and a 2019 reviewer saw invites expire before they should have.
- Reviewing as a team. A small-business reviewer on G2 said teammates could not sort candidates from their own page, which made it hard when people disagreed about answers. Another wanted to read notes without opening each video.
- A limit of 10 questions. A 2020 reviewer said 10 questions were too few for some roles, so they merged two questions into one.
- Losing rejected candidates. A 2020 reviewer hiring for a role that stays open said it was hard to manage past rejections without losing their videos.
- No automatic invite after an application. A 2020 reviewer wanted candidates who filled in an application form to get the video interview invite on their own.
- Paying in months with no hiring. A 2022 small-business reviewer did not want a monthly plan for months with no interviews.
- Support and billing delays. Reviewers in 2020 and 2021 described slow replies, and one 2020 reviewer asked for an overhaul of billing and live chat. Several others called support fast.
- Enterprise price and rollout. On G2, Radancy reviewers name the cost (4 mentions), and an enterprise reviewer said implementation projects lack clear documentation and timelines.
How do the alternatives solve these problems?
Each complaint has a tool that answers it.
| Problem with myInterview | What to look for | Tools that have it |
|---|---|---|
| Videos that do not arrive | A browser recorder with checks before recording | Hirevire (candidates record in the browser with no account, and an internet speed test can screen out slow connections before they start) |
| Reviewing as a team | Stages, shared notes and review requests | Hirevire (custom stages on every plan, shared notes on Professional and Agency, review requests to a teammate on Agency), Spark Hire (scorecards and shared reviews) |
| A limit of 10 questions | Unlimited questions per interview | Hirevire (unlimited questions on every plan) |
| Losing rejected candidates | Long storage and your own copy | Hirevire (90 days of storage, downloads of videos and transcripts, and Google Drive autosave on every plan) |
| No automatic invite after an application | An apply link or forwarding address | Hirevire (each job has its own apply link and email address, and forwarding an application sends the invite) |
| Paying in months with no hiring | Monthly, quarterly or per-role billing | Willo ($59 for each month a role is live), Hirevire (monthly from $49, quarterly from $132), VideoAsk (free plan) |
| Support and billing delays | A published price and a trial you run yourself | Hirevire, Truffle, Willo, Hireflix, Interviewer.AI and Spark Hire all publish prices |
| Enterprise price and rollout | A plan you can set up the same week | Hirevire (a question set takes minutes to build, 7-day trial), Hireflix (first month free) |
What does each tool cost over a year?
Hirevire costs the least of the tools on this list, at $468 a year. Radancy's price for myInterview is a quote, so the savings below use sample quotes.
| Tool | Yearly cost | What the price includes |
|---|---|---|
| Hirevire Essentials | $468 | 1 open job, 1 user, 300 interviews a year |
| Truffle Starter | $588 | 200 credits a month, about 40 video interviews |
| Willo Lite, one role all year | $708 | 1 live role, 150 assessed candidates |
| Hireflix Small, under 50 employees | $900 | Unlimited positions, users and responses |
| Hirevire Professional | $1,188 | 5 open jobs, 5 users, 1,200 interviews a year |
| Hireflix Medium, 50 to 250 employees | $1,800 | Unlimited positions, users and responses |
| Interviewer.AI Essential | $1,990 | 50 interview credits a month, 15 users |
| Hirevire Agency | $2,388 | 20 open jobs, 15 users, 12,000 interviews a year |
| Spark Hire, video annual | $2,988 | Unlimited one-way and live interviews, jobs and users |
| VidCruiter | From $5,000, as listed on Capterra | A starting point, before modules are added |
| HireVue | From $35,000, as listed on Capterra | Enterprise contracts |
| myInterview by Radancy | Quote only | Part of the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud |

Whether you save depends on the quote you get. The table uses three sample quotes so you can match it to yours.
| If Radancy quotes you | Hirevire Essentials ($468) | Hirevire Professional ($1,188) | Hirevire Agency ($2,388) |
|---|---|---|---|
| $3,000 a year | Saves $2,532 (84%) | Saves $1,812 (60%) | Saves $612 (20%) |
| $5,000 a year | Saves $4,532 (91%) | Saves $3,812 (76%) | Saves $2,612 (52%) |
| $10,000 a year | Saves $9,532 (95%) | Saves $8,812 (88%) | Saves $7,612 (76%) |
The other tools save money against the same quotes. Against $5,000, Truffle Starter saves $4,412 (88%), Willo Lite for one role saves $4,292 (86%), Hireflix Small saves $4,100 (82%) and Spark Hire saves $2,012 (40%).
VideoAsk costs less than all of them. Its Start plan is free with 20 minutes of recording a month, and Grow costs $24 a month billed yearly ($288 a year) for 1,200 minutes a year. It is a general video form tool priced by minutes recorded, so it suits a team that hires once in a while and asks short questions. It is left out of the ranking because it is built for video forms of every kind.
1. Hirevire
Hirevire is async screening software: you write the questions once, and candidates record video, audio or text answers in their own time. They answer in the browser with no account or password. A question set takes minutes to build, AI can write the questions for you, and you can record an intro video so candidates see who they are talking to.
It covers the part of myInterview that small teams used, at a published price. You can ask as many questions as the role needs, and each one can take a video, audio, text, file upload or screen recording answer. You can ask a follow-up question after watching an answer, without booking a call.
Every plan includes AI transcripts in 90+ languages and AI scorecards that score each answer against the criteria you set and show the reasoning. Applicants who miss a must-have requirement are filtered out before they record, and they do not count against your interview limit. Invites and reminders go out by email and SMS on every plan, and you can invite a candidate by forwarding their application email or CV. The Professional and Agency plans send email from your own mail server, add a custom domain and a career page, and let you share answers with a hiring manager in one link. On the Agency plan, Deep Search finds a candidate by anything they said, and webhooks send each response to any system you run.

| How candidates respond | Recorded video, audio, screen recording, file upload or text |
| Connects to | Zapier, Make, Pabbly Connect, Ashby, Tellent Recruitee and Manatal on every plan. Webhooks on the Agency plan |
| Best for | A small team with 1 to 5 roles open that screens 25 to 100 candidates a month, or an agency with up to 20 roles open that screens up to 1,000 a month |
Each plan is sized for a different kind of hiring.
| Plan | Open jobs | Interviews | Users | Who it fits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials, $468 a year | 1 | 25 a month (300 a year) | 1 | A founder or HR manager who fills one role at a time |

| Agency, $2,388 a year | 20 | 1,000 a month (12,000 a year) | 15 | A recruitment agency screening for several clients, with separate branding for up to 5 of them |
An employer that wants AI screening, scheduling, career sites and referrals bought as one platform should keep talking to Radancy. A side-by-side sits on the myInterview vs Hirevire page.
2. Truffle
Truffle screens resumes, runs talent assessments and collects recorded interview answers, then gives each candidate an AI match score, a summary and what it calls Candidate Shorts. You pay with credits: a resume costs 1 credit, an assessed candidate 2 and a video interview 5. All three of its talent assessments are included.
It suits a myInterview customer who liked AI help with the shortlist and wants a price on the page. Every plan has unlimited positions and team members, and a 7-day free trial with 30 credits and no card. Starter is billed monthly only and stops at its credit limit, so there is no surprise bill. On Core, unused credits roll over for 12 months.

| Price | $49 a month on Starter for 200 credits. $99 a month billed annually ($1,188 a year) on Core for 600 credits, or $119 paid monthly. $199 a month billed annually on Team for 1,500 credits |
| How candidates respond | Recorded interview answers and short assessments |
| Best for | Teams that want resume screening, assessments and interviews counted in one pool |
| Watch out for | Interviews use 5 credits each, so 100 interviews a month use 500 credits, which needs the Core plan |
3. Willo
Willo is a one-way interview tool where candidates answer with video, audio, text, multiple choice or file uploads. You pay for each live role each month, with no contract, so a role that is open for two months costs $118. That answers the small-business complaint about paying for months with no hiring.
Lite covers up to 5 live roles and 5 users, with 150 assessed candidates per role, custom scorecards, follow-up questions, anti-cheat checks and 18+ languages. ID checks and right-to-work checks are add-ons. Enterprise starts at $3,799 a year and adds connections to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Greenhouse and iCIMS. Non-profits get 50% off.

4. Hireflix
Hireflix is one-way video interview software from Barcelona. It is the closest match to the old myInterview: you build an interview with text or video questions, send one link to as many candidates as you want, and they record on any device with no app or login. Every plan includes every feature, with unlimited users, positions and interview responses.
The price depends on headcount. A company under 50 employees pays $75 a month billed yearly ($900 a year), and a company with 50 to 250 employees pays $150 a month billed yearly ($1,800). Paid monthly, those plans cost $150 and $300. Corporates and agencies get a quote. The first month is free, with no credit card, and it connects to Greenhouse, Lever, BambooHR, Ashby, Workable and other ATS tools.

5. Interviewer.AI
Interviewer.AI runs one-way video interviews and has an AI score every answer for how well it addresses the question. It also screens resumes and matches candidates to the job. The Professional plan adds AI summaries and transcripts, interview fraud checks and a conversational AI avatar that asks follow-up questions, which is the closest published-price match to Radancy's conversational screening.

6. Spark Hire
Spark Hire sells one-way and live video interviews, an ATS called Spark Hire Recruit and a behavioural assessment. It suits a myInterview customer that liked having screening and scheduling together: the annual video plan has unlimited one-way and live interviews, unlimited jobs and unlimited users, and Recruit adds self-service interview scheduling.

VidCruiter is interview software for enterprise and high-volume hiring, sold in modules: pre-recorded and live video interviews, scheduling, structured interviews, reference checks, skills testing, video proctoring and an ATS. Its AI scores recorded answers against a rubric and flags candidate fraud.
It fits a Radancy prospect that wants screening and scheduling from a specialist, with every candidate given the same questions and rubric. Capterra lists a starting price of $5,000 a year. Read the VidCruiter alternatives guide for its full pricing picture.

How do you switch from myInterview to Hirevire?
Switching takes four steps.
- Check when your myInterview or Radancy contract renews, and copy each job's questions, answer times and retake settings. Download the candidate videos you must keep before your access ends.
- Create the same job in Hirevire and add those questions. A question set takes minutes to build, and each question can ask for video, audio, text, a file or a screen recording, with its own thinking time and retake setting. Write what you rate candidates on into the AI scorecard criteria, so every answer is scored against the same standard.
- Share the new link with candidates. They record in the browser, with no account and no password. For a list of people already in your pipeline, upload a CSV and Hirevire sends the invites by email and SMS, with automatic reminders.
- Connect the tools you already use. Zapier, Make, Pabbly Connect, Ashby, Tellent Recruitee and Manatal work on every plan, so a candidate who passes the screen can be booked in your calendar tool and updated in your ATS.
A team that ran myInterview inside Workable or another ATS can send screened candidates to it through Zapier and Make where the ATS has a connector, or through webhooks on the Agency plan.
Applicants from Indeed, Naukri, Monster, Shine.com, foundit and ZipRecruiter get your video interview invite when you add your Hirevire link to the posting or forward their application email. For a question about your own setup, write to [email protected].
What should you check before leaving myInterview?
Check five things before you move.
- Which parts of Radancy you use. If your company also runs Radancy career sites, advertising or referrals, the screening step may be priced into a larger contract. Ask what dropping it saves before you compare.
- How many candidates you screen each month. Hirevire covers 25, 100 or 1,000 interviews a month depending on the plan, and applicants filtered out by your must-have questions do not count. Hireflix is unlimited on every plan.
- How often you hire. A team that hires twice a year pays least on Willo Lite, VideoAsk or Hirevire's monthly and quarterly plans. A team with roles open all year pays least on a yearly plan.
- Whether you want AI to screen for you. Radancy's conversational AI screens and scores candidates. Hirevire, Truffle and Interviewer.AI score answers, and Interviewer.AI has an AI interviewer on Professional.
- Which systems must stay connected. List your ATS, calendar and the automations you run through Zapier or Make, then check each alternative's plan for them.
When is myInterview by Radancy still the right choice?
Radancy is still the right choice in three cases.
- You want one vendor for career sites, job advertising, a candidate CRM, referrals, screening and scheduling, and you have the budget for an enterprise contract.
- You hire at volume and want a conversational AI to screen every applicant and book interviews in Outlook, Google Calendar or Microsoft Teams without a recruiter in the loop.
- You already use Radancy and the screening step is included in your contract.
Should you stay with myInterview, switch, or pick another tool?

| Agency screening up to 1,000 candidates a month for several clients | Hirevire Agency | $2,388 a year for 20 jobs, 15 users and 5 branded organizations |
| Candidates should answer by voice, in writing, with a file or a screen recording | Hirevire | Every answer type on every plan |
