Connect Hirevire to Tellent Recruitee

Integrate Hirevire with Tellent Recruitee to send video screening tests directly from candidate profiles and view responses without leaving your ATS.

You'll need active accounts in both Hirevire and Recruitee with admin access to configure integrations.

Setup the integration

Step 1: Get your Hirevire API token

  1. Log into Hirevire and navigate to the Integrations tab

  2. Click Generate API Key

  3. Copy the token that appears

Step 2: Connect in Recruitee

  1. Log into Recruitee and go to Settings → Apps & Plugins → Integrations

  2. Search for Hirevire and click Integrate

  3. Paste your Hirevire API token

  4. Click Save

Configure permissions in Recruitee to control which team members can view or send Hirevire tests. Roles like Admin and Recruiter typically have both permissions.

Send a test to candidates

Once connected, you can send Hirevire tests directly from any candidate profile:

  1. Open a candidate's profile in Recruitee

  2. Click the dropdown menu and select Send Hirevire Test

  3. Choose the job position and test from the modal

  4. Click Send

The candidate receives the test invitation via email. Status updates automatically in Recruitee—you'll see a checkmark when they complete it.

View responses

Completed responses appear directly in the candidate's Recruitee profile. Click to view video answers, transcripts, and ratings without logging into Hirevire.

This one-way integration streamlines your workflow by keeping all candidate data in Recruitee while leveraging Hirevire's video screening capabilities.
