Do I need a credit card to start my free trial?
No credit card is required to start your 7-day free trial. You can explore all features risk-free and only add payment details when you're ready to upgrade.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, changes take effect immediately. If you need to switch between monthly and yearly billing, contact our support team and we'll help you make the transition.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly plans give you up to 33% off compared to monthly billing. For example:
Essentials Plan: $49/month or $468/year ($39/month equivalent, save $120)
Professional Plan: $149/month or $1,188/year ($99/month equivalent, save $600)
Agency Plan: $249/month or $2,388/year ($199/month equivalent, save $1,200)
Save up to 33% by choosing yearly billing. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime within 60 days with no penalties or minimum commitment. When you cancel, you can choose to:
Cancel immediately
Cancel at the end of your current billing period
Your data and candidate applications and videos will remain accessible for 30 days after you cancel - if you resubscribe later.
What if I only hire sporadically? Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! If you have gaps between hiring cycles, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months instead of cancelling. This feature is available on all paid plans and stops billing immediately.
Here's how it works:
Choose your pause duration: Select 1, 2, or 3 months
Billing stops immediately: No charges during your pause period
Automatic resume: Your subscription restarts on the date you select, or you can resume early through the Stripe billing portal
Your data is preserved: Job templates, career pages, and application data remain intact
Video responses are retained for 90 days across all plans. Videos older than this may be deleted during the pause period.
To pause your subscription, go to Profile → My account → Billing tab, then click "Cancel Subscription" and choose "Pause Subscription" instead. Step-by-step pause instructions.

What happens to my data if I cancel?
When you cancel, we keep collecting applications for any active jobs.
Cancelling a job deletes all jobs and applications after 30 days of cancellation.
What AI features are included?
All AI-powered features are now included for free in every plan with no usage limits:
AI Transcripts: Automatic transcription of video and audio responses in 90+ languages
AI Match & Scorecards: AI scoring based on your custom rubric with transparent reasoning for scores
AI-Powered Analysis: Match scores and insights based on your ideal candidate profile
AI Question Generation: Generate interview questions using AI
There are no AI credits to manage or purchase—all AI features are unlimited and included in your subscription.
How long are videos stored?
All plans now include 90 days of video storage from the recording date. Need longer storage? You can extend video storage by 90 additional days for $9/month with our add-on.
Videos are automatically deleted after the storage period expires. Download any important recordings before they expire.
What are the available add-ons?
We offer two main add-ons to extend your plan's capabilities:
Extended Video Storage: $9/month for an additional 90 days of storage
Additional Organizations: $29/month per organization
Each additional organization gets its own custom domain, branding, users, and career pages.
Can I fully white-label Hirevire?
All paid plans include basic white-labeling:
Add your logo, brand colors, and custom fonts
Remove "Powered by Hirevire" branding
Custom intro/outro videos
Customize email templates with your branding
Professional and Agency plans add:
Custom domains for application and career page links
Custom SMTP to send emails from your own mail server
Branded career pages to showcase open positions
The Agency plan also includes 5 organizations with separate branding for each. Need more? Additional organizations are available as an add-on for $29/month.
How many active jobs can I have?
The number of active jobs you can have at one time varies by plan:
Essentials Plan: 1 active job
Professional Plan: 5 active jobs
Agency Plan: 20 active jobs
Enterprise: Custom job limits
When you archive a job, it no longer counts toward your active job limit. You can archive and unarchive jobs anytime, and all candidate responses are preserved when archived.
Need more active jobs? Upgrade your plan or archive completed job postings to free up slots for new roles.
Are there limits on video interviews per month?
Yes, each plan includes a specific number of one-way video interview responses per billing cycle:
Essentials Plan: 300 annually OR 25 monthly
Professional Plan: 1,200 annually OR 100 monthly
Agency Plan: 12,000 annually OR 1,000 monthly
Yearly plans give you more flexibility with annual limits instead of strict monthly caps. If you need more capacity, consider upgrading to a higher tier.
Are there any limits on the number of questions per interview?
No limits! All plans include unlimited questions per interview. Design your screening process as short or detailed as you need—you can ask as many questions as necessary to evaluate candidates thoroughly.
If I archive a job posting, does it archive the responses too?
When you archive a job, the job posting becomes inactive, but all candidate responses and videos are preserved. You can access archived applications anytime and unarchive the job if you need to reopen it.
Archiving is equivalent to deleting a job post, but your candidate data remains safe and accessible.
Can I expense my Hirevire purchase?
Absolutely! After each payment, you'll receive a detailed invoice via email that you can submit for expense reimbursement. Invoices include all necessary details for accounting purposes.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or special pricing?
We occasionally offer special promotions and may provide discounts on a case-by-case basis for nonprofits. Contact our support team at [email protected] to discuss your specific needs.
What's included in the Enterprise plan?
The Enterprise plan is custom-priced based on your organization's needs, including the number of users and organizations required. Contact our team for a customized quote and to discuss advanced features tailored to your recruitment volume.
How many team members can access Hirevire?
The number of users varies by plan:
Essentials Plan: 1 user
Professional Plan: 5 users
Agency Plan: 15 users
Enterprise: Custom user count
You can limit user access to specific jobs or grant access to all jobs in your organization.
Can I extend my free trial?
If you need more time to evaluate Hirevire, contact our support team and we'll be happy to extend your trial period. We want to make sure you have enough time to test all features with real candidates.
Will my trial data be deleted when the trial ends?
No, all videos and candidate data from your trial period are preserved. When you upgrade to a paid plan, you'll have immediate access to everything you collected during the trial.
Use your trial to collect real candidate responses. All that data will be waiting for you when you upgrade!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Payments are processed automatically based on your billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
When will I be charged?
For monthly plans, you're charged on the same day each month. For yearly plans, you're charged once upfront for the full year. You'll receive an invoice email before each charge with a link to manage your payment details.
What's your refund policy?
If you cancel within a few days of payment and haven't used the service extensively, we offer prorated refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] to discuss your situation. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-10 business days.
