White-Labeling and Custom Branding Options

Hirevire's white-labeling and custom branding features let you present a fully branded experience to candidates. All paid plans include the ability to remove Hirevire branding, add your own logo and colors, and use custom domains for application and career page links.

Before you begin: White-labeling features require an active paid subscription (Essentials, Professional, Agency, or Enterprise plan) and organization owner role access.

Available White-Labeling Features

Hirevire offers several white-labeling options to remove Hirevire branding from candidate-facing pages:

  • Remove "Powered by Hirevire" from application pages

  • Remove watermarks from candidate video responses

  • Remove support chat widget from application and career pages

  • Custom logo and favicon displayed on candidate-facing pages

  • Custom brand colors for your application pages

  • Custom domains for application and career page links (e.g., careers.yourcompany.com)

The Hirevire logo remains visible on your admin dashboard and share links but is removed from all candidate-facing pages when white-labeling is enabled.

Accessing White-Labeling Settings

To configure your white-labeling and branding options:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard

  2. Select My account from the dropdown menu

  3. Navigate to the relevant tab:

    • Company details tab — Upload logo, favicon, and set brand colors

    • White label tab — Toggle white-labeling options on/off

    • Domains tab — Add and manage custom domains

Setting Up Custom Branding

Upload Your Logo and Favicon

  1. Navigate to My account > Company details tab

  2. Click to upload your company logo (displayed on application pages)

  3. Upload your favicon (displayed in browser tabs)

  4. Set your brand colors for application page styling

  5. Save your changes

For detailed favicon instructions, see How to Change Your Favicon.

Enable White-Label Toggles

  1. Navigate to My account > White label tab

  2. Enable the toggles for:

    • Remove Powered by Hirevire from application pages

    • Remove watermarks from videos

    • Remove support chat widget from application and career pages

  3. Click Save to apply your changes

Setting Up Custom Domains

Custom domains allow your application and career page links to use your own subdomain instead of Hirevire's default domain.

Add a Custom Domain

  1. Navigate to My account > Domains tab

  2. Enter your desired subdomain (e.g., careers.yourcompany.com)

  3. Click Add domain

  4. Hirevire will display the required DNS settings

Configure DNS Settings

  1. Log in to your domain registrar or DNS provider

  2. Create a CNAME record with these values:

    • Host/Name: your subdomain (e.g., careers)

    • Value/Target: hirevire.live

  3. Save the DNS record

  4. Return to Hirevire and click Refresh to check the configuration status

DNS propagation can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 12 hours. Use a tool like dnschecker.org to verify your DNS changes have propagated globally.

Your domain status will show:

  • Configured (green) — Domain is working correctly

  • Not configured (red) — DNS settings need adjustment

For troubleshooting DNS issues, see Troubleshoot custom domain link loading.

For complete setup instructions, see Use your own custom domain or subdomain for application and career page links.

Custom Branding Across Plans

All paid plans include the same white-labeling and custom branding features:

  • Essentials — Full white-labeling for 1 active job

  • Professional — Full white-labeling for 5 active jobs

  • Agency — Full white-labeling for 20 active jobs plus support for up to 5 organizations

  • Enterprise — Full white-labeling with custom requirements

There are no tiered limitations—every paid plan has access to all white-labeling toggles, custom domains, and branding options.

Multi-Organization Branding

If you're on the Agency or Enterprise plan with multiple organizations, each organization can have independent branding settings:

  • Separate logos, favicons, and brand colors per organization

  • Independent custom domains per organization

  • Organization-specific white-labeling toggles

Agency plan includes 5 organizations; additional organizations available as a paid add-on for Professional plan.

For more details, see Managing Multiple Organizations.

Per-Job Customization

While you can customize the company name and URL on a per-job basis, your logo and brand colors apply across all jobs within an organization. To use different branding for different clients or departments, consider using multiple organizations (available on Agency and Enterprise plans, or as an add-on for Professional).

See Can you use different branding for multiple job postings? for more information.

Common Questions

Where does Hirevire branding remain visible?

Even with white-labeling enabled, the Hirevire logo remains on your admin dashboard and when you share links with team members. It's only removed from candidate-facing application pages, career pages, and video responses.

Can I use an apex domain (e.g., yourcompany.com)?

We recommend using a subdomain (e.g., careers.yourcompany.com) instead of an apex domain. Most DNS providers don't support CNAME records on apex domains, which are required for custom domain configuration.

Can multiple organizations share the same custom domain?

No, each custom domain can only be assigned to one organization. If you need multiple organizations to use branded domains, configure a unique subdomain for each organization.

What happens if I'm on a trial or my subscription expires?

White-labeling features are restricted to active paid subscriptions. If your trial expires or subscription lapses, candidates will see Hirevire branding on application pages until you reactivate your subscription.
