Configure Scorecard Weightage
Scorecard weightage determines how much each evaluation factor contributes to the overall AI candidate score. All weights must total 100%.
Weightage applies to new applications submitted after you save. Existing applications keep their original scores.
Set Up Weightage
Open your job and go to Settings > Scorecard tab
Add evaluation factors with names, descriptions, indicators, and rubrics
Assign each factor a percentage weight using the slider
Ensure all weights total exactly 100%
Associate factors with specific interview questions

Weightage Best Practices
Weight must-haves higher: Give critical skills 30-40% each, supporting skills 10-20%
Be specific in rubrics: Clear indicators help AI evaluate consistently
Test first: Submit a sample application to verify scoring works as expected
Combine with manual review: Use scores to filter, not as the sole decision factor
Start with equal weights for all factors, then adjust based on which skills matter most for the role.
View Candidate Scores
Once configured, view scores in the Applications tab. Sort by score to see top candidates, or open individual candidate details to see overall scores plus per-factor breakdowns.
On mobile, scorecard setup follows the same flow—just tap through Settings > Scorecard and use the percentage sliders for each factor.
