How to not show candidates the questions on the application landing page

While creating a new job or editing an existing job, you have the ability to turn ON or OFF the features to "Show questions in advance" ​ The default selection of this checkbox is checked. This shows the questions on the application page. ​ When unchecked - the questions are only shown when a candidate starts an application.
