How to export application data when single application CSV download isn't available
You cannot download a CSV for a single application. Export all applications for a job with Export to CSV, then keep the rows you need.
Export all applications as CSV
On the job Applications page, Export to CSV downloads every application for that job, including applications with In-progress status.
Open the job, then go to its Applications area.
Select Export to CSV.
Open the downloaded file in a spreadsheet application.
Delete the rows for applications you do not need.
After a successful download, Hirevire shows: “CSV ready — includes all applications, with assessment links for In-progress ones.”
You need an active subscription to export applications.
In-progress rows and Assessment Link
In-progress applications are included in the CSV. Those rows include an Assessment Link that points to the candidate’s assessment entry point.
Status shows In-progress for applications that have started but are not yet submitted.
Assessment Link is filled only for In-progress rows. It is blank for other statuses.
Link is a separate column for the application’s shared link when one exists. Use Assessment Link for In-progress follow-up; it does not replace Link.
Download individual response files
Instead of a CSV, you can download the response files for a specific application:
Open the individual application you want data for.
Download the response files for that application.
This gives you detailed information about one application without filtering a full export.
