Change the "From" and "Reply to" email address for emails from Hirevire

Click into an existing job.

Click on the ⚙️ icon in the top right and choose the settings option - to view the job settings screen

In the sidebar choose "Emails"

Enable the email template you want to change the email address on by turning the toggle switch to the ON position.

Change the email address in the From/Reply to email field

The address you choose will be used as the From and the Reply-To email address for the emails sent for that that template. ​

The company name - set in that job - will be used as the From name for the email account.

Hit save to start using the email template.

Separate From/Reply To email addresses may be used in each of the automation templates available. To set them up follow the same steps as above.

On the application details screen - now when you hit the shortlist / reject button you'll see a confirmation window asking whether you'd like to send out the shortlist or rejection email as well and you'll see this address being used there as well.
