Manage Paused Jobs
Jobs automatically pause when they reach the stop date you set. Here's how to find, resume, or archive paused jobs.
Jobs pause at 11:59 PM in your browser's timezone on the configured date. Existing applications remain accessible.
Find Paused Jobs
Paused jobs appear in your Jobs list. Use the status dropdown filter to view paused, active, or archived jobs.
When a job pauses, you'll see a dashboard banner notification. The public job page displays "closed" to new applicants.
Resume a Paused Job
To reopen a paused job, go to the job's Settings > General tab and update or clear the "Automatically stop accepting new applications on" date field. Save your changes to reactivate the job.
Extend the stop date to keep accepting applications for a longer period, or clear it entirely to keep the job open indefinitely.
Archive a Paused Job
If you're done with a job permanently, open the job details page, click the three dots menu next to the Settings button, and select Archive. Archived jobs remain viewable but cannot accept new applications.
Archive jobs you won't reopen to keep your active jobs list clean. You can always view archived jobs using the status filter.
