Connect Hirevire to Ashby ATS

1. Navigate to "My Account" and select "Integrations." ​

2. Find "Ashby" and click on the connect button next to it. . ​

3. A new Hirevire API key has been generate for you and copy it.

1. Click on "Admin > Integrations" link in Ashby connection window, to access the admin integrations page.

2. Enable the Hirevire integration. Then paste your copied API key into the Hirevire API field. ​

3. In the Asbhy API fied, create a new API key for Hirevire, and copy it.

Paste this copied Ashby key into the corresponding field within the Hirevire window under the field for "Your Ashby API Key".

Access your Ashby job to set up an interview plan with filtering options. ​

Add activity to recruiter screen, selecting HireWire as an assessment activity. ​

In the add activity sidebar, choose Hirevire as the integration. Then choose the Hirevire job that you want associated with this Ashby Job. ​

You can manually send the Hirevire job as an assessment to the candidate as well. ​

On starting the assessment, the candidate will receive an invite email from Hirevire, with a custom link to the assessment.

Once the candidate has completed the assessment, the link will show up in Ashby. This link does not need the user to be logged in to Hirevire to view the application response.

What happens when a video is deleted in Hirevire

If you delete a video from an application in Hirevire, the video is permanently removed from that application's answer record. Deleting a video in Hirevire does not delete or remove anything in Ashby.

Ashby stores a link to the Hirevire assessment, not the video file itself. After you delete a video in Hirevire:

• The Ashby candidate record still shows the Hirevire assessment link

• Anyone clicking that link from Ashby will see the application in Hirevire, but the deleted video will no longer be available
