Why did my payment fail?
Your payment might fail for several reasons. A common reason is the bank disabling international transactions.
How to fix a failed payment
The resolution depends on the reason for the payment failiure.
If your payment failed due to the bank not allowing the transaction - you can talk your bank about approving this particular transaction.
If it has failed due to incorrect payment details - update your payment information. Navigate to your billing settings to correct your card details. Ensure all card numbers are entered accurately.
If there is an issue with 3D secure not being allowed correctly - you can make sure that that additional 3D secure popup that shows up once the payment is made is given the right details.
