When a candidate is moved to the invitation stage in Manatal, they receive a Hirevire interview link. After completing the interview, they're automatically moved to the final stage in Manatal, and their video interview link appears as notes on their candidate profile.
If the Manatal job selector isn't loading or showing available jobs when you try to integrate into requisitions, the connection may have become stale. To fix this:
Go to My Account → Integrations.
Find Manatal and click Reconnect or disconnect and connect again.
Re-enter your Manatal API token if prompted.
Return to your job's Integrations settings and try selecting the Manatal job again.
If no Manatal jobs appear in the dropdown:
Verify your API token has the correct permissions in Manatal.
Confirm the jobs exist and are active in Manatal.
Reconnect the integration to refresh the job list.
If candidates moved to the invitation stage don't receive the Hirevire link:
Check that the correct invitation stage is selected in the job's Integrations settings.
Verify the candidate has a valid email address in Manatal.
Allow up to 15 minutes for the invite to be sent after the stage change.
