Download past invoices after cancelling your subscription
After your subscription is cancelled, the Hirevire dashboard no longer displays a direct link to the Stripe billing portal. You can still download past invoices by logging in directly to the secure Stripe billing portal.
How to download past invoices from the Stripe portal
Go to the Stripe billing portal. The page is hosted by Stripe and will ask for your email address.
Enter the email address associated with your Hirevire account.
Check your email for a login link or verification code from Stripe.
Click the login link or enter the code to open the Stripe billing portal.
Find and download your past invoices.
The Stripe billing portal is a separate page hosted by Stripe. It is not the Hirevire app login page. If you see a Hirevire login screen instead of a Stripe page, you may have opened the wrong URL.
Get invoices sent directly
If you cannot access the Stripe portal or need help finding a specific invoice, contact our support team at [email protected] and we can pull your past invoices and send them to you by email.
Who can request invoices
Only the account owner or a team member with the Billing Admin role can request invoices and billing portal links. Learn more about team roles.
