How to create and manage a candidate showcase link

A candidate showcase link shares a candidate's profile with someone in your organisation so they can view it without logging in. Create one from the candidate detail page or from a bulk selection, copy the generated link, and set an expiry date (90 days by default, up to 180 days).

Open the Share action

You can start a showcase link from either the individual candidate or a bulk selection.

  • On a candidate's detail page, click Share to open the "Create a showcase link for this candidate" flow.

  • On the candidates list, select candidates and click Share candidates to open the "Create a showcase link" flow for all selected candidates.

Both actions open the same create-link form. If a matching active link already exists, the modal shows your existing links with a Create new action instead of the form.

Fill in the form and generate the link, then copy it to share.

  1. Enter a Title (Optional) for the link.

  2. Set Expires on (optional, max 180 days) — see the expiry section below.

  3. Click Create link.

  4. Copy the generated link from the modal. It's placed on your clipboard automatically, and the page confirms the link was created and saved to your clipboard.

The link opens a public showcase page at your organisation's domain that shows the candidate's profile, experience, education, videos, and documents. No login is required to view it, so only share it with people within your organisation.

Set the expiry date

The Expires on (optional, max 180 days) field defaults to 90 days from today, and you can pick any date up to 180 days out. Because the field is optional, you can clear it to create a link with no expiry date.

The date picker restricts choices to no earlier than tomorrow and no later than 180 days from the current date.
