Use Hirevire application links on job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn

Hirevire does not have a native Indeed integration. To collect applicants from Indeed, LinkedIn, or any other job board, post your Hirevire application link as the job's apply link, or forward application emails to the job's forwarding address.
Post your application link on a job board
Most job boards, including Indeed, let you replace the board's built-in application form with an external apply or company website URL. Put your Hirevire application link there and candidates apply through Hirevire directly.
Open the job in Hirevire and find the "Share this link with candidates" section on the job details page.
Click "Copy the link". Hirevire confirms with "Job apply link copied." The link opens the application form in the job's configured language.
In your job board, edit the job's application settings and paste the link into the apply URL or company website field.
On LinkedIn: open the Jobs tab, choose Post a Job, and paste the Hirevire application link into the website address field, then post the job.

Collect emailed applications with the job's forwarding address
When a job board sends you applications as emails, forward each candidate's email to the job's forwarding address. Hirevire extracts the candidate's details, creates an application with the status invited, and sends them the interview invitation email automatically.
Forward the candidate's email from your own inbox. Do not point the job board's automated notification emails at the forwarding address: Hirevire ignores automated job-board sender addresses such as noreply addresses and skips those messages.
Open the job's settings and go to the Forwarding Address tab.
Turn on "Accept forwarded emails" and click "Save changes".
Click "Copy the email address" and use that address as the destination when you forward candidate emails.
When a candidate applies, forward their application email to the job's forwarding address from your own inbox.
Hirevire replies in the thread with an "Invite sent to ..." confirmation containing the application link.
The sender must be authorized: team members need access to the job, and senders outside your team need "Allow senders outside your team" turned on. Allowed external senders are listed as exact addresses or whole domains such as *@company.com. Hirevire also skips duplicate candidates on the same job and jobs that are closed, archived, or paused.
