Connect Hirevire to Recruit CRM

Send Recruit CRM candidates your Hirevire interview when they reach a hiring stage, then add a link to their answers to the Recruit CRM candidate as a note with Zapier. We don't have a native Recruit CRM integration, so this setup uses Recruit CRM's email triggers and Hirevire's public Zapier app.

Before you start

• Recruit CRM admin access to Admin Settings.

• A Zapier account.

• A Hirevire job with the questions you want to ask.

Send the Hirevire link from Recruit CRM

An email trigger emails candidates the shared job link when they move to your screening stage.

1. In Hirevire, open the job and click Copy the link in the Share this link with candidates section.

2. In Recruit CRM, create a candidate email template that includes the Hirevire link.

3. Go to Admin Settings, then Email Triggers, and click Add Email Trigger.

4. Set the execution event to a candidate moving to your screening stage, pick the template and save.

Or send personal invites with Zapier

A Zap can send each candidate their own Hirevire invite instead of the shared job link.

1. In Zapier, start a Zap with the Recruit CRM trigger Candidate Hiring Stage Updated.

2. Add a Filter step that lets through only candidates who reach your screening stage.

3. Add the Hirevire action Invite a Candidate, pick the Hirevire job and map the candidate's name and email.

4. Turn the Zap on.

Add the answers to Recruit CRM with Zapier

This Zap runs each time a candidate submits on Hirevire and adds a note to the matching Recruit CRM candidate.

1. In Zapier, start a Zap with the Hirevire trigger New Application and connect your Hirevire account.

2. Add the Hirevire action Create a Shareable Application Link.

3. Add the Recruit CRM search Find Candidates and look up the candidate by their email address.

4. Add the Recruit CRM action Add Note and put the shareable link in the note.

5. Turn the Zap on.

The shareable link opens the candidate's answers without a Hirevire login, so your clients and hiring managers can watch the videos from the link.
