Connect Hirevire to JobAdder

Invite JobAdder candidates to your Hirevire interview when their application reaches your screening status, then add a link to their answers to the JobAdder candidate as a note. Both steps run in Zapier, using Hirevire's public Zapier app. We don't have a native JobAdder integration.

Before you start

• A JobAdder user who can connect JobAdder to Zapier.

• A Zapier account.

• A Hirevire job with the questions you want to ask.

Send personal invites with Zapier

This Zap sends each candidate their own Hirevire invite when you move their application to your screening status.

1. In Zapier, start a Zap with the JobAdder trigger Applications - New or Status Changed.

2. Add a Filter step that lets through only applications with your screening status.

3. Add the Hirevire action Invite a Candidate, pick the Hirevire job and map the candidate's name and email.

4. Turn the Zap on.

Add the answers to JobAdder with Zapier

This second Zap runs each time a candidate submits on Hirevire and adds a note to the matching JobAdder candidate.

1. In Zapier, start a Zap with the Hirevire trigger New Application and connect your Hirevire account.

2. Add the Hirevire action Create a Shareable Application Link.

3. Add the JobAdder search Find Candidate and look up the candidate by their email address.

4. Add the JobAdder action Add Candidate Note and put the shareable link in the note.

5. Turn the Zap on.
