Connect Hirevire to Teamtailor

Send Teamtailor candidates your Hirevire interview with a stage trigger, then add a link to their answers to the Teamtailor candidate as a note with Zapier. We don't have a native Teamtailor integration, so this setup uses Teamtailor's triggers and Hirevire's public Zapier app.

Before you start

• A Teamtailor Company Admin to switch on Triggers in the Add-on feature center, if they aren't on yet.

• A Zapier account.

• A Hirevire job with the questions you want to ask.

Send the Hirevire link from Teamtailor

A Send message trigger on your screening stage messages every candidate who reaches it.

1. In Hirevire, open the job and click Copy the link in the Share this link with candidates section.

2. In Teamtailor, open the job's recruitment process and hover over your screening stage.

3. Choose More, then Triggers, and add a Send message trigger.

4. Paste the Hirevire link into the message, set the delay and save.

Add the answers to Teamtailor with Zapier

This Zap runs each time a candidate submits on Hirevire and adds a note to the Teamtailor candidate. Teamtailor's Create Note action takes the candidate's email address, so the Zap needs no search step.

1. In Zapier, start a Zap with the Hirevire trigger New Application and connect your Hirevire account.

2. Add the Hirevire action Create a Shareable Application Link.

3. Add the Teamtailor action Create Note, map the candidate's email and put the shareable link in the note.

4. Turn the Zap on.
