Verify your email to start an application

Some jobs require you to verify your email address before you can begin the application. When this is enabled, the application page shows a generic message confirming that an email has been sent to you.

What you see on the application page

After you enter your email address and submit the initial form, the page displays a single, universal confirmation message. The wording is intentionally generic so it remains accurate across different application flows and languages. Depending on the job settings, the email you receive may be a verification link, an interview invitation, or both.

What to do next

  1. Check your email inbox for a message from Hirevire.

  2. Click the verification link or the invitation button inside the email.

  3. Return to the application page to start your submission.

If you don't see the email

Check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not there, contact the hiring team and ask them to resend the invitation.

If you previously started an application for this job and see options to Resume or Start New, choose Resume to continue your existing submission. Choosing Start New will create a fresh application.
